Suspension System

The ReCurve Suspension is Ospreys deluxe load carrier available on their full-feature Luna and Luna packs. Twin 2024-T6 aluminum stays, a Foam-X framesheet with cutouts for weight reduction and articulated aluminum ferrules anchor the 7075 aluminum ReCurve rod at the top and bottom of the pack frame

  1. Foam-X framesheet with stay leeves and weight reducing cutouts.
  2. Pre-formed twin 2024-T6 aluminum stays anchor into the BioForm CM hipbelt.
  3. New 7075 Aluminum ReCurve Rods provide consistent and stable flex and shock absorption.
  4. Upper aliuminum ferrules allow independent flex of each stay while interacting with harness load lifter straps to draw load snug against your back.
  5. Lower aluminum ferrules anchor ReCurve rods into hipbelt while pivoting to allow stable carry while hiking, climbing or descending.

  2. Laminated dual density foam shoulder harness adjusts easily and comes in men's and women's sizes and styles.
  3. Spacer mesh backpanel promotes airflow and wicks moisture.
  4. ReCurve rod and BioForm CM hipbelt lock into pack securely to maintain stability and load transfer.
  5. ErgoPull hipbelt closure draws the load evenly over hips, avoiding pressure points.
